Field Trip Program Info:

• Choose a month using the calendar arrows below. CLICK on a specific date to see what is available on that date.
• Schedule a max of 3 classes per time slot. Have more than 3 classes? Book more than one time slot.
• Max# of students is: 26 in each class for the Apple Field trip; 30 students per class for other field trips.
• Maximum # of accompanying adults allowed, including teachers, is 1 adult per 5 students. Minimum is 1 adult per 10 students. Both teachers & chaperones are in the adult count. One-on-one paras go into the student count.
• Payment is due 30 days in advance of your program date, otherwise we reserve the right to cancel your reservation and allow another school time to book that date.

Self-Guided Visits Info:

• $35 /Self-Guided Visit if not booking a same-day Arb Staff-led Field Trip Program or anytime in the summer. 
• Free when booked with a same-day Arb Staff-led Field Trip Program during the school year (not summer).
• Under the heading, "Enter Search Criteria", Use the drop down arrow to choose Self Guided Visits.
• Payment is due at the time of booking online. No refunds, but you may reschedule..
• Outdoor picnic areas are first come-first served, no charge. Sorry no indoor lunch space available.
